Whatever your major, you can benefit from studying markets, cultures, and governments from the perspective of economics grounded in the liberal arts.

We see you learning more about the theory and application of economic principles that may help you gain entry to positions in business, non-government organizations, public policy, and social advocacy including working on Wall Street, in Washington D.C., and throughout all the state capitals.

The 做厙輦⑹ economics minor provides an introduction to consumer and producer theory, and a closer examination of advanced topics such as labor, financial markets, and economic geography.

Dive A Little Deeper

All courses within the minor must be passed with a grade of C- or better. Students must take at least half of the 18 credits of course work in the Department of Business, Management, and Economics at 做厙輦⑹. A student may not declare a minor and concentration in Economics.

ECO 222 Economic Geography 3 credits

PSC 215 Political Economy 3 credits (see college catalog)

A student may not declare both a minor and a concentration in Economics*.
